 Nick on: Cottonwood
Hills
“Cottonwood Hills has been an exciting and pioneering
project for us and I’m confident that we have created a design
that will truly stand the test of time. Subtly undulating
throughout and sandy underfoot, the rolling dunes landscape is
reminiscent of some of the finest classic British links land and
there is also more than a hint of the Australian sand belt. If
these stunning surroundings aren’t enough to inspire golfers of
all levels to produce their very best, then I hope that our
design will compel them to dig deep and fully engage with our
strategically challenging layout.”

Nick Faldo is more interested in quality
than quantity, and he is very selective about the projects he
undertakes. We are proud and fortunate to have his accomplished
firm as our course designer. Their philosophy is simple: a golf
course should look as natural as possible, taking full advantage
of the existing terrain and topography. It should challenge and
inspire golfers to play their best. But most importantly, it
should follow the maxim that the finest courses are the ones
that are also the most fun to play. |
