    • Last November, Reno County approved off-site road improvements for paving 4^th Ave west of the Buhler-Haven Road for 1 mile and widening the Buhler-Haven Road with a landscaped median to allow for safer ingress and egress from the Cottonwood Hills development.·    

    • Work continues on Cottonwood Hills interior roadways, with base roadwork to all portions of Phase 1 under way.Planning work on Phase 1’s infrastructure (water, sewer and dry utilities) continues; installation of these utilities will commence this winter thru the spring. ·     

    • Final platting for our first phase was just finalized on October 20. Sales of custom lots and town home properties will commence shortly afterward, estimated to be mid-January. The first residents of Cottonwood Hills will be moving into their new homes summer 2006.
